Cody Sisco is an author of cautionary utopias in alternate history settings. His LGBTQ+ science fiction quartet, Resonant Earth, explores how technology reshapes our economy and culture, and it follows a protagonist whose mind is treated as a threat. He is also an editor, publisher, and literary culture producer.

Cody Sisco is an author, editor, publisher, and literary culture producer. His LGBTQ psychological science fiction quartet, Resonant Earth, includes four novels: Broken Mirror, Tortured Echoes, Altered Bodies, and Toxic Medicine. The books are cautionary utopias that explore how technology impacts our economy, culture, and minds, written by a science fiction nerd with a futurist’s impatience with stale political systems. He is a freelance editor and book coach specializing in dark genre fiction and books by LGBTQ authors. In 2017, he co-founded Made in L.A. Writers, an indie author cooperative dedicated to supporting independent authors. His startup, BookSwell, is a literary events and media production company connecting readers and writers in Southern California and beyond. He serves as a co-chair of the Board of Directors for the Editorial Freelancers Association.
